
Ingredients & Amounts
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 1-teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat
- Brew the coffee with the water
- Pour brewed coffee into cup; add the cornstarch
- Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved
- Pour the coffee-cornstarch mixture into the saucepan with the melted chocolate
- Mix, add the butter
- Mix until the butter is melted
- Ready to serve over éclairs, ice cream, cheesecake, parfaits, or cakes
