
Ingredients & Amounts
- 4 oz bittersweet baking bar
- 2 cups of confectionary sugar
- 1/4 cup of strong coffee
Instructions
- Break the bittersweet chocolate bar into pieces and melt in a saucepan over low heat.
- Slowly add the confectionary sugar and coffee and mix well
- Ready to serve over éclairs, ice cream, cheesecake, parfaits, or cakes
