
Ingredients & Amounts
- 1/4 cup of coffee
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 tbsp of chocolate mint syrup
- 3-5 ice cubes
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Brew the 2 cups of water with the 1/4-cup of coffee
- Chill in the refrigerator
- In a blender put the mint chocolate chip ice cream, chilled coffee, chocolate mint syrup and ice cubes and blend
- Pour into glass
- Top with whip cream and serve
