
Ingredients & Amounts
- 8 oz or 1 cup of evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup of strong coffee
- 1 lb of brown sugar
- 4 tbsp of butter
- Cooking spray
- Candy thermometer
Instructions
- Spray an 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray
- Set aside
- Combine the evaporated milk, coffee and brown sugar in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the brown sugar is dissolved
- Add the butter and stir
- Increase the heat to medium and keep stirring every so often while checking the temperature of the mixture with your candy thermometer
- Once the mixture reaches 240 ° F (115 ° C), pour the mixture into the 8-inch baking pan and cool
Makes 1 lb of Coffee Fudge
