
Ingredients & Amounts
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1/2-teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- Mocha Coffee Frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C)
- Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl, creating a powder mixture
- Set aside
- Mix together the milk and coffee, creating a liquid mixture
- Set aside
- Beat the sugar and brown sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears after each addition
- Slowly add the powder mixture, a little at a time
- Then slowly add the liquid mixture, a little at a time
- Pour complete mixture into a greased 9-inch bundt cake pan and bake for 50-55 minutes
- Remove from over, cool for 20-25 minutes and frost with Mocha Coffee Frosting
