
Crust Ingredients & Amounts
- 8 oz of your favorite cookie, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix the finely crushed cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press the mixture onto the bottom and sides of the pie pan
- Set Aside
Filling Ingredients & Amounts
- 2 (8) oz packages of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 cup of flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup of strong cooled coffee
- 1-teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mocha Coffee Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C)
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears after each addition
- Add flour and cooled strong coffee, beating at low speed until well blended
- Pour the mixture into the prepared piecrust and smooth the top
- Spoon the Mocha Coffee Sauce in lines on the top and gently swirl with a knife
- Bake for 30 minutes
- chill for 3-4 hours
